Tricia’s development management experience is extensive. She has been responsible for, and directly involved in, the design and construction of hundreds of diverse projects throughout Southern California including: mixed-use residential complexes, commercial office, retail and industrial developments, aviation projects, municipal infrastructure, schools and universities, health care and hospitality.

Prior to joining Cowley Real Estate Partners, Tricia was a Partner and Principal Engineer with KPFF Consulting Engineers where, for over 15 years, she managed the design, permitting and development execution of over 18 million square feet of commercial, industrial and residential projects. Her dedication and ability to push a project forward is unparalleled. Tricia is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and takes the lead role in all green design matters at Cowley Real Estate Partners, with an emphasis related to the development of green street design concepts and implementation.
Tricia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cal State Long Beach receiving cum laude distinction and has since served as an advisor to the CSULB Department of Engineering. She is a career-long member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, is LEED accredited with a Building Design and Construction (BD+C) certification, as well as a California Qualified SWPPP Practitioner and Developer.
