Jack Hileman

Development Partner 

 

Jack along with The Hileman Company is a development partner of Cowley Real Estate Partners. Jack’s development experience is substantial. Over the past 18 years and with capital partners such as Merrill Lynch, Broadreach, Pacific Coast Capital Partners, Kearney Real Estate, and Wells Fargo he has developed, repositioned or adaptively reused 1.75 million square feet of award winning commercial space with a development cost of over $600 million.  

 

Previously, Jack was Koll Development Company's Senior Vice President responsible for managing the Los Angeles office.  Among his many projects at Koll, Jack developed the $55 million Las Vegas corporate headquarters for Sierra Health Services, one of the city's largest non-gaming employers.  Before joining Koll, Jack developed real estate in Dallas for CityPlace Development Corporation among others.

 

With an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Ohio State and a master in business administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business, Jack is responsible for envisioning and overseeing project design, production and marketing.
